Development of measurement and processing processes that will contribute to the realization of a sustainable society and the advancement of food science by clarifying the correlation between food, organisms, and resources that interact with the environment through measurement. Promote the reuse of energy resources, the search for new energy materials, and the development of energy-saving processes and systems.
